If your child is enrolled with DDCS, you may request a MH evaluation and assessment with a DDCS contracted resource.

Behavioral Health Organization
If you suspect that your child has a serious mental health disorder and is covered by Apple Health/Medicaid, you can request MH evaluation services through BHOs.

If your child is involved in multiple service systems, you may ask if wraparound planning is offered in your area through your local RSN. Wraparound planning is an intensive, individualized care planning process for individuals with complex needs.

Diagnostic evaluations and short-term mental health treatment for children and teens up to age 18.
